Return and cancellation policy for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who makes a legal transaction for predominantly non-commercial or standalone purposes.

Right of Return

You have the right to return the products in case of goods damaged or with manufacturing defects. The return period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier  took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of return, you must contact us by email: info@ravers-space.com providing your name and order number with a clear statement as to why you decided to return the product. To maintain the cancellation period , simply send notice of the exercise of this right before the end of the return period.

Consequences of Return

If you return the damaged products, we will refund all payments we receive from you, including shipping charges (excluding any additional costs incurred by choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. Will be refunded after we receive the damaged goods or until you provide proof that the goods were returned .

You must return them immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the date you informed us of your problem, the deadline will be met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Order cancellation right

Order cancellation right exists within 24h after purchase. After 24h the order will be processed and you will be not be able to exercise your right of cancellation.

Event related issues or event ticket purchases

We (Ravers Space) are not responsible for any matters related to the events found here or ticket sales for any events made by our partners. We (Ravers Space) are solely an intermediary between you and our partners.

Any questions about events should be resolved between you and our partners.
